The homes that we design are not about the home designer but about the family’s lifestyle and their day to day use of the home.
In our quest to create a new and better design firm we have learned to put every client first. Being a smaller firm allows us to be personally involved with each project from start to finish.
Communicating with both the home owner and the builder on a continuous basis helps make the process go much smoother. Founder and partner Chad Faucheux, along with Founder and Partner Curtis Raymond Jr., have over 35 years of combined experience in the realm of high end residential design., and Curtis with his Masters in Architecture, set out to create an architectural firm that created some Central Texas’ finest homes. Milosav Cekic brings a vast knowledge of residential, commercial and urban design to the firm.
- During our first meeting we will sit down and go over your wants, needs and dreams of what you had envisioned for your new home.
- It is important to visit the site to get an accurate feel of unique topography, views and landscape that we will want to utilize.
- Next we will develop an initial design concept based on our programming meeting in which we defined all the spaces and unique characteristics of your home.
- We will then move into the construction documents phase where your input will help finish out the details.
- Then we refine the elements of your home and finalize the construction drawings.
